DUE: WEEK 13
The Original Website assignment is physical execution of what you have learned over the course of the semester. Follow the process of building a logo, site layout design through to development. The site should match the specifications and plans laid out in your design document.
Technical execution is a big part of this assignment. Your ability to stick to your plan, work through technical difficulties to achieve your desired goal will be considered. Time management is an enormous part of achieving this successfully. Give yourself lots of time. Troubleshooting always takes twice as long as you expect it to. Be resourceful! Don’t forget about the help links on the Resources page.
Your final design choices, cleanliness/organization of code, and file structure/management will be assessed. In addition to this, a 1 – 2 page document explaining your process is required. Were there technical problems? How well did your vision come to fruition? How was your workflow? What would you change next time? How well did you work as a team?
